The property is centrally located for hill walking and climbing with several Munros within easy reach.
Shooting is available locally and also fishing on Loch Earn, Loch Tay, The River Allan, River Earn and River Tay.
There are also Falconry centres close-by and access to water sports on Loch Earn, extreme sports activities in the Aberfeldy area and ‘bungee jumping’ North of Pitlochry.
The Auchingarroch Wildlife Centre near Comrie is also a popular local attraction.
